All orders are dispatched quickly as possible and are delivered by our trusted partners Royal Mail and UPS.

Delivery options

• Free delivery for orders over £75 (applicable to UK mainland only). It's also free for orders of any value if you opt to collect from our stores.This is subject to availability, and does not include gift vouchers, international delivery destinations, or premium delivery services.
• Standard delivery within the UK: £4.95 (3-5 working days depending on location).
• Delivery to Northern Ireland: £12.95 (3-5 working days)
• Delivery to Republic of Ireland: £14.95 (3-5 working days)
• Express delivery: £7.95 (2-3 working days). Order by 10am previous working day to secure express delivery. UK mainland only)
• Orders to Europe: £19.95 (4-7 working days depending on location)
• For orders outside of Europe (including USA) please contact us for a delivery cost.
• Channel Islands: £16.95 (Jersey and Guernsey).
• UK Extended Delivery Areas: £14.95 (These are areas that are not included in standard UK Mainland delivery rates and unfortunately are not included in Free Delivery or Express Delivery). On rare occasions delivery can take longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances with Royal Mail and UPS. About Living works with these couriers on a daily basis to allow us to get your order to you ASAP. However, we cannot be held responsible for any financial loss due to late deliveries. Please feel free to contact our customer service team who will be happy to help with any queries regarding your deliveries.

In the unlikely event that the item you have ordered is out of stock, you will be emailed within 48 hours to let you know the estimated date of dispatch with the option to amend or cancel your order. Please check your email regularly including Junk Mail as we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.

Please note: Some areas in the UK and Ireland are classed as "extended/remote areas" which means that it could take longer to deliver. Please email customer services if you feel that your area could be an "extended/remote area" to get a more detailed schedule of delivery.

Please be aware that our express delivery service is not a guaranteed Next Day delivery service. It can take 2 to 3 working days.

On most items we offer a reduction on the RRP price. Because of these great prices some items go out of stock quicker than others. This could mean that your delivery may be delayed by a short time. We will notify you if this is the case within 48 hours. We also may decide to send your order in more than one shipment and back order the out of stock item until it becomes available.

Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.
