The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases through the website, www.aboutliving.co.uk.
You can cancel your order at any point up to time of dispatch (except for certain items, which are dispatched direct from the manufacturers). If you wish to cancel an order you must email or telephone the customer service team. If you wish to cancel an order for which you have chosen Express Delivery, this must be done before 10am the day following placing the order in order to allow us to cancel the order.
We hope that your order will be to your complete satisfaction. However if you change your mind please contact us within 14 days.
To do this, return to your order in the "My account" section of the site. You can then fill in the form and request a return.
Alternatively, email us at customerservice@aboutliving.co.uk. We will then issue you with a returns number and give you details of how to return the goods.
If your item is faulty then we will uplift the goods so you will not have to pay for postage to return the item.
If you decide that you do not wish the items, then please return the goods back to us within 14 days. We recommend that you return your goods by recorded delivery as a receipt is not proof of shipping. All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We will not be responsible for the return postage costs.

We will write to you by email to confirm receipt of your goods and refund details.
Please remember to make contact with us in the first instance before sending any goods back to us.
You cannot return any items in person or return items to the About Living store in Giffnock. Staff at the store do not work on the website and cannot offer any assistance.
We have now launched our "Buy online and collect in-store" facility on the website.
You can now shop 24 hours a day even when our stores are closed.
Simply select "Collect in store" at the checkout and your goods will be ready to collect in 3-5 working days from our store. (Address and opening hours are above).
Please note that if you choose our collect in store offer, you must return unwanted or faulty goods to either the store or to our website returns address within 14 days. Please see returns procedure above for more information. If the item is not suitable, we will offer you a refund. You cannot exchange with any items in store. The store team will take the goods and you will be contacted by the online team reagrding your refund.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information on to the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are in stock but if for unforseen circumstance we are unable to fulfill your order you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
Prices can be different online than in our store. The store and the website offer different promotions at different times of the year. Remember you can order online and collect in store to take advantage of offers on the website. Please contact our customer service team if you would like some more advice on any of our products.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
