Stora Skuggan’s Hexensalbe draws on the colourful history of European witchcraft in the middle ages. Known as a flying ointment and celebrated for its hallucinogenic properties, its users were said to feel as if they were floating, and often reported a heightened sense of eroticism. It's no wonder that Skuggan blends sensual and seductive fragrance notes to translate this story into scent - marvel as wormwood turns to salty liquorice, then rosemary and black hemlock. Contained in illustrated glass, its top features a curious marbled sphere coloured matte black; one last ode to forbidden magic.
